The Seat of the Soul Club meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at Seabreeze Rec Center from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Doors are open at 6:30 PM and we have to be out by 9:00 PM.

It is a discussion group based on the bestselling book, Seat of the Soul by Gary Zukav. We cover a chapter a session utilizing the 25 year anniversary edition of the book with chapter study guides and videos. Each chapter is fairly stand alone and sessions are not cumulative.
