The Civil Discourse South meets at EVERGLADES Recreation Center at 10 am the first Wednesday of each month, except in July and August.
Our aim is to encourage Villagers, especially those living south of Rte. 44, to meet and discuss a variety of topics, that fellow Villagers have interest in and knowledge of, in a friendly civil discourse.
All speakers must be Villages residents, and our meetings are open to all Villagers and their guests, just walk in.

June 4: Ian Walmsley, "Managing the Pending Demographic Reversal, of a world with fewer and fewer babies"
July and August: NO MEETINGS
September 3: Gary Segal, " My journey from growing up in the Bronx in the 1940s and 50s, through the Civil Rights period and my time with , to moving to the Villages and joining The African Club of the Villages)
October 1: Bob Horner, "Partners for Palestine, Who, What and Why?"
